Refund policy

All orders require advance payment and payments are non-refundable.

Once an order has been placed and processing has started it cannot be cancelled.

Refunds will only be considered in exceptional circumstances where an order cannot be fulfilled by us or where our team approves a refund after verification of a damaged or defective item.
