Exchange policy

If the wrong size is sent by us, we will offer a size exchange for non-customized orders.

Customers must contact us immediately after receiving the order and provide clear photos/videos for verification.

Customized orders are not eligible for size exchange, as they are made according to the measurements or specifications provided by the customer.

We do not offer exchanges due to change of mind, incorrect size selection, or personal preference.
